What is a treatment modality you are passionate about?

says:

I like to be eclectic in my practice, drawing from a variety of modalities in order to best suit the needs of my clients. However, the foundation of my therapeutic style is relational-empathic and trauma-informed. I am also well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques.

What do you wish clients could know about therapy before starting therapy?

I want you to know that therapy is truly a safe space and a no-judgement zone. I want you to know that therapy isn't rehashing old traumas again and again. Therapy is above all else, about recognizing and building new strengths, finding solutions, and discovering hope.
