I love traveling out West, particularly to Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona and California! I also love traveling internationally. My most recent trip abroad was to Iceland and Portugal!

I have over 10 years of experience treating adults across the lifespan. I completed my doctoral internship at NYU and my postdoctoral fellowship at the Brooklyn VA. I worked for 6 years with the Dept. of Veterans Affairs treating Veterans with anxiety, depression & PTSD.

What do you wish clients could know about therapy before starting therapy?

The frame of therapy involves weekly meetings, about 50 minutes each. Therapy is a long-term investment in yourself / your relationships. I am grounded in psychodynamic theory and will tailor treatment to your unique needs. Reaching out is the first step in feeling better!
