What is your educational background?

I have my Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) since 2015 and graduated Fordham University in 2019 with my MSW, currently have my LCSW, CASAC Master Level.

How would define mental wellness? What do you suggest to promote it?

Mental wellness is how an individual copes with life difficulties. I strongly promote mental wellness by empowering clients to develop ways to self care.
