How do you spend your free time? / What are your hobbies?

In my free time, I love to get up and move. Whether it is weightlifting or going on hikes, I like finding ways to connect my mind and body. Being in the woods is my happy place and I try to get out as much as I can. This is a picture of my favorite spot to go with my family!

What made you want to become a therapist?

My dream of becoming a therapist was born out of my own personal struggles and experiences. I learned how important it is to have someone in your corner. As a therapist, I hope to be a supportive person in your life- helping you to discover your personal meaning and fulfillment.

How do you see your role as a therapist in your client’s lives?

My role is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable. I strive to meet you where you are and work as a team to get you to your goals. My job is to provide tools and guidance to help you find your path.
