If you were not a therapist, what other career would you choose?

Psychotherapy is a second career for me -- I previously worked as an attorney but felt unfulfilled. I feel fortunate in my ability to follow my passion and find a better fit.

What is your educational background?

I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal problems, and major life transitions. I draw from my psychodynamic training at NYU, postgraduate psychoanalytic certification, and two decades of experience to help you reach your goals.

How do you see your role as a therapist in your client’s lives?

I help people disrupt unhealthy relationship cycles and find greater fulfillment. I believe in getting to the root of someone's difficulties and understanding how life events impact your current experience, so we can enhance your inner resources and achieve your goals.
