I take a mind-body-spirit approach. You're a whole person, not a problem to be fixed. I provide a safe & comfortable space for you to grow, change & heal. Change is hard and scary & we work together to give you tools & a new framework to help you navigate with confidence & ease.

I'm a guide, confidant & steady, supportive presence with a great sense of humor. I'll empower & encourage you to take small, sustainable steps to make the changes you desire to live your best life & give you the tools to get there. I'm here every step of the way cheering you on.
