My professional and personal interests include meditation, mindfulness, and using nature and the natural world in mental health.

I am a board certified adult psychiatrist, and completed psychiatric residency at Harvard Medical School. I provide comprehensive treatment for a range of mental health concerns, and provide services for a range of ages from early to late adulthood.

How do you see your role as a therapist in your client’s lives?

The basic values from which I work are those of compassion, understanding, and deep respect for the humanity and needs of each person. I aim to help you understand and use your emotions to find greater freedom and fulfillment in life.
